When you are at The BARbell, there are no distractions. You will be with either Coach Steve or Coach Jennifer, with no members milling about. There will be lots of laughing, but we take our work seriously, and do not forget about you when you walk out the door.

Every great relationship starts with a conversation. We want to know your goals, passions, and motivations. Our programs are built with these in mind, and by using a foundation of stability, mobility, strength, and power, we will help you get real results.
We have 2,000 sq ft of space, including 50 ft of turf, and are equipped with a Rogue rack system, TRX Suspension and Rip Trainers, kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, a sled, Dynamax balls, and much more! You will find no machines in our house.
I help people unleash their inner badass, and let go of the regret of weight gain, so they can get in the best shape of their lives, and feel strong and confident. In addition to strength programs, I offer nutrition coaching and meal planning.
Building on the fundamentals of mobility, stability, strength, and power, I work with each athlete according to their specific needs and abilities. I train with a focus on movement patterns, not exercises.
