Dumbbell Goblet Squat
The Goblet Squat is a version of a front squat, and works the glutes, quads, anterior core, and requires a stable back. Because the weight is front-loaded, it reduces compression of the spine. It is user friendly, though some find the dumbbell difficult to hold once they have progressed to a heavier weight.
